At a time when fake and political associations take their fair share and others’ shares from the allocations provided by the government, other genuine and productive association face financial struggles.
In this regard, there are 103 associations taking care of 22 thousand individuals with special needs that are supposed to receive from the Social Affairs Ministry a daily amount for every individual depending on their case, but have not received any fund since the beginning of 2017.
