Mikati from Bkirki: Cabinet assume responsibilities, we respect Aoun’s opinion
PM Najib Mikati stressed on Monday that the current cabinet has proven that it represents all the Lebanese and reflects all the points of view, noting that the Lebanese people can prevent the import of Syria’s conflicts into Lebanon through their unity.        

Mikati noted, after meeting with Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rai in Bkirki, that the cabinet will continue in assuming its responsibilities. He added that he respects the opinion of the head of Change and Reform bloc.          

Mikati confirmed that the cabinet is pursuing the Lebanese hostages’ case and is working with all the competent authorities, pointing that he discussed with Rai the cabinet’s performance and the appointments, without going into details or mentioning names.
