Future Bloc to announce a rescue plan for Lebanon

The “Future” bloc issued a statement on Tuesday following its weekly meeting at the Center House whereby it declared that burning of homes and shops in Tripoli is absolutely refused, holding the government responsible for what is happening in Tripoli.

The “Future” bloc called on the government to stop Tripoli’s exploitation from regional and local forces, stating that consultations with the allies are ongoing to devise an initiative that aims at rescuing Lebanon to be announced prior to the national dialogue.

Commenting on Nasrallah’s call for a constituent assembly, the “Future” bloc pointed that Hezbollah Secretary General wants to change the system in Lebanon.
On the deaths of Sheikh Ahmad Abdul Wahed and his comrade, the bloc blamed the government for stalling the deferment of the case to the Judicial Council.

Furthermore, the “Future” bloc expressed his gratitude for Kofi Annan’s efforts that yielded the release of Abboudiyeh detainees.
