REPORT: Will granting general amnesty in 2018 be considered an electoral bribe?

In Baalbek and Hermel, regions neglected by the state in Lebanon, live the largest number of fugitives, and no voice rises over the demands for general amnesty.

Many of these fugitives would be included in the general amnesty law and they hope it will be passed so that they will return to their normal life.

As a result, all eyes are not focused on the Justice Ministry, where they crimes to be included in the amnesty will be sorted away from those that cannot be exempted such as collaboration with the enemy, terrorism, kidnapping and killing civilians and military personnel.
