Three Lebanese detainees sentenced to death
Military Judge Imad Zein issued on Monday an indictment whereby he sentenced to death 3 Lebanese detainees from Abou Jabal family, after they clashed with Syrian border guards and exchanged fires in the town of Macharii al-Qaa killing one Syrian soldier in August 19, 2011.             

Judge Zein referred the convicts before the Permanent Military Court for trial, according to the articles 549 and 72
