The Supreme Judicial Council issued a statement, whereby it requested from the Public Prosecution to take the necessary measures regarding the content of “Lahon w Bas” episode aired on January 30, 2018 on LBCI.
The statement referred to the “offending remarks against the Public Prosecutor,” calling for putting motion the lawsuit against him in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
