Sit-in outside Aisha Umm al-Muminin school in Kaskas, facing threat of closure
A sit-in was held outside the “Aisha Umm al-Muminin” school in Kaskas, Beirut on Saturday in protest of the grave neglect it is subjected to and to prevent its closure. Protestors cried out for the help of the government and the Ministry of Education, urging them to heed free schools. They held the Education Ministry responsible for what is happening to the school.

Protestors called for setting an educational plan for free schools including the Makassed schools, considering that there seems to be a decision to abolish free institutions.
