Year after year, the number of children suffering from autism increases greatly, with the main symptoms being delayed speech and lack of communication with others, as well as permanent isolation and refusal to play with other children.
This disorder can be diagnosed with kids starting at the age of one year and a half until the age of three.
1 child out of 68 suffers from autism, according to Lebanese statistics, which come in line with international figures.
2000 of those children receive treatment at specialized centers in Lebanon.
