Baghdad: Daqduq case of a judicial nature
The Iraqi government stressed on Saturday that the case of Ali Daqduq is “of a judicial nature and not political”, confirming its adherence to the verdicts of the judiciary in this regard.

Baghdad suspects Daqduq of being a Hezbollah operative and of having killed a number of U.S. soldiers.

The Iraqi Criminal Court had earlier decided to release Daqduq.
