Newly-elected MP Michel Mouawad said after meeting with Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil that “his electoral alliance with the Free Patriotic Movement is based on a political agreement to support the era.”
He said that weakening the era or attempting to do so, does not agree with the logic of a strong state, reform and sovereignty, adding that the forces trying to confront the era are not reformist or sovereign.
