On Wednesday May 30, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon continued to increase, where the price of 98 octane gasoline increased 400 LBP, while that of 98 octane gasoline increased 300 LBP. The prices of fuel oil also increased 200 LBP, and diesel oil 100 LBP
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 28,500 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 29,200 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 20,200 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 20,000 LBP
- Gas Canister: 15,500 LBP
