Caretaker Minister of Justice Salim Jreissati referred retired judge Rached Takoush to the Judicial Inspection on charges of vilification and touching the dignity and integrity of jurisprudence.
The measure comes prior to his referral to the Higher Disciplinary Council by decision of the Judicial Inspection or Minister of Justice to remove him from the position of honor and privileges.
