Aoun heads to Armenia to partake in Francophonie Summit

President Michel Aoun left on Wednesday Beirut to Armenia to partake in the Francophonie Summit in Yerevan.

Aoun is accompanied by First Lady Nadia Aoun and an official delegation formed of Caretaker Minister of Culture Ghattas Khoury and Caretaker Minister of Tourism Avedis Guidanian.

Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil and a number of ambassadors and diplomats will later join the delegation.

Aoun is expected to deliver a speech tomorrow during the summit, as he is also set to meet with several states’ leaders
