Hollande: France will continue supporting Lebanon

Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rahi received on Saturday a letter from French President Francois Hollande asserting his country's constant support for Lebanon's security and autonomy.

"France will continue to be by Lebanon's side to aid it in all the challenges facing a region which is witnessing many transformations" read the letter.
Rahi had earlier sent a letter to Hollande congratulating him on his election as president.
