The premiership issued on Tuesday a memorandum ordering the closure of public administrations and institutions, as well as municipalities on Friday, January 18 2019, to facilitate the completion of the required preparations for the upcoming Arab Economic and Social Development Summit, scheduled to be held in Beirut on Sunday.
