Araji to LBCI: Refugees case not taken seriously
"Lebanon First" bloc member MP Asem Araji said on Tuesday that the issue of Syrian refugees’ relief is not taken seriously by international organizations and Lebanese government.

Araji told Nharkom Said on LBCI that the cabinet is not even assuming the least responsibility required in the refugees case, calling for drawing up a strategy to solve this issue.

He went on to praise the stance taken by President Michel Sleiman regarding recent border crossing incidents and the protest letter he sent to the Syrian ambassador.

On the other hand, Araji stressed that the efforts of former PM Saad Hariri are ongoing to release the Lebanese hostages in Syria, noting that it is unacceptable to kidnap Syrians in Lebanon.
