What is the role of regulatory bodies?

Regulatory bodies are established in any ministry or sector under laws issued by the Parliament.

Their primary role is to submit plans to ministers and to prepare studies and regulations and refer them to the minister.

The bodies also express their opinion on the proposed projects and assist in decisions taking, and that in accordance with the provisions of the law.
