Minister Hassan Mrad announced Monday the plans of the State Ministry for Foreign Trade for the next 100 days, during the 100 days press conference held by the ministers of the “Strong Lebanon” bloc.
The objectives set out by the ministers include reviewing the trade agreement brokered by the Lebanese state with parties concerned with foreign trade and working on activating them and improving their conditions.
Mrad also vowed to reach new agreements and to open new markets for Lebanese producers, adding that “the main objective is reaching 20 new countries in short-term plan.”
The ministry’s plans also include remaining in contact with the concerned authorities and ministries to boost the Lebanese producers’ presence in the world.
