Runner dies during Abbassieh Marathon
The state-run National News Agency reported on Monday that a Lebanese citizen identified as R. A. D. suffered from a heart attack during his participation in the Abbassieh Marathon.

The man, who hails from the Tyre town of Qanoun al-Naher, was transpored by the Red Cross to a nearby hospital but passed away soon after.
