Unidentified assailants kidnap prisoner on route to hospital
Unidentified individuals, on board a “Kia”, intercepted a prison security patrol and kidnapped the detainee who was being transported to al-Hayat Hospital. The patrol followed the kidnappers, exchanged fire near the Kuwaiti embassy, and succeeded in recuperating the detainee. The kidnappers escaped towards an unknown direction.
