Exceptional case in the country of political balances, it is Walid Jumblatt

The leader of the National Struggle Front Walid Jumblatt constitutes an exceptional and unique case, he made March 14 lose its majority, in return, March 14 broke his Democratic Gathering bloc.

With a bloc formed by only six deputies, he imposed the formation of the cabinet, where he is represented by three ministers, the Minister of Public Works Ghazi Aridi, the Minister of Social Affairs Wael Abou Faour and the Minister of the Displaced Alaeddine Terro.            Jumblatt’s ministers strongly support the Syrian revolution and oppose the governmental stream.

In this context, Minister Wael Abou Faour told LBCI that the ministers of the National Struggle Front are only working by their principles.
Abou Faour stressed that the question should be “who will be on Walid Jumblatt’s side in the next parliamentary elections and not the opposite”.
