Foiled attempt to steal car of MP Ogassapian

Two unidentified men in their 30s stopped their "Kia Rio" in front of MP Jean Ogassapian's house in Hazmieh at dawn Monday and inspected the latter's Chevrolet which was parked in the building’s parking lot.

However, they fled immediately when they saw the deputy’s guards who were providing security to the house.

In this regard, Ogassapian told “Voice of Lebanon” radio on Monday that the attempt to steal his car was a “complete failure”, ruling out any political or security background behind this incident.
