Finance Minister: Significant reduction in budget deficit achieved

Minister of Finance Ali Hassan Khalil said on Thursday that the Budget bill was printed at the Finance Ministry after introducing amendments on it.

The minister stressed that “a significant reduction in budget deficit was achieved.”

On another note, Hassan Khalil dubbed the meeting with Banque Du Liban Governor Riyad Salameh as “good,” adding that “all dues will be paid in full on time.”
