According to sources close to the Prime Minister, Friday’s session might not witness the announcement of the final budget, but the issue will take up to one more week to be finalized.
The sources said that the reduction of the deficit from 11.5% (2018 budget) to 7.5% is a satisfying result for PM Saad Hariri and the majority of the ministers, noting that any other proposals will be added to 2020 draft budget.
