Syrian national arrested while attempting to rob taxi driver in Mastita
A police patrol affiliated with the Jbeil police station arrested a Syrian national on Thursday while attempting to rob a taxi driver at gunpoint on the Mastita seaside road.     

In details, the thief pointed a knife at the neck of the taxi driver in an attempt to extort money from him. Accordingly, the taxi driver pulled over to the side of the road under the pretext of giving him the money.        

However, the driver set the thief up and handed him over to the Jbeil police station.
