Former Minister Ashraf Rifi tweeted on Sunday, “calling for the dissolution of the State Security apparatus after the repeated violations of the law, including the arrest of Ziad Itani.”
“Oppression leads to explosion and the behavior of the State Security forces during the raid of the house of Sheikh Ayman Kharma could have led to unfathomable consequences,” he wrote.
