Ramlieh town bids farewell to Rami Salman

The Aley town of Ramlieh bid farewell on Friday to Rami Salman who was killed during violent clashes in Aley last week.

The funeral was held in the presence of his family and friends alongside Lebanese Democratic Party leader MP Talal Erslan, Minister of State for Refugee Affairs Saleh Gharib, Arab Tawhid Party leader Wiam Wahab and others.

At the funeral, Erslan called on President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Saad Hariri and Speaker Nabih Berri "to spare the blood of innocent people from politics."

He also called for referring the incident to the Judicial Council.
