Prime Minister Saad Hariri stressed that he discussed with President Michel Aoun the general developments in the country, chief among which the efforts aiming at calming down the repercussions of the Qabrchmoun incident, “mainly with the draft budget will be discussed next week.”
Following his meeting with President Aoun at Baabda Palace, Hariri stressed that the atmosphere is positive, calling for focusing on the economy.
“What we are doing in the budget is dividing the reforms over three years and we must know that the reforms are not popular,” he added.
The PM emphasized that “nothing can disrupt the cabinet sessions,” pointing out that he was the one who decided to postpone the last session.
