After Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil sent a letter to Telecommunications Minister Mohammad Choucair, calling for suspending the decision to purchase a building for Touch Telecom company, sources from the Finance Ministry told LBCI that all the procedures that are being taken do not eliminate the violation of the law that happened by paying part of the funds that remain public funds and cannot be used unless in accordance with the law.
