The Lebanese Armed Forces declared that a patrol of the army’s Navy Forces intercepted a boat 15 nautical miles off the shore of Anfeh, while attempting to illegally leave the Lebanese territorial waters
41 people were found on board, including 17 men, 14 women and 10 children from both Lebanese and Syrian nationalities.
Investigations were launched under the supervision of the concerned judiciary.
