Safadi: the Army does not negotiate security, it imposes it
Finance Minister Mohammad Safadi called Thursday for vigilance regarding the strife in Tripoli, stating that " the city should not be transformed into an open ground for foreign conflicts".             

He stressed that the Army does not negotiate security, it imposes it, noting that the government has to support the military institutions decision.
