MP al-Hajj Hassan to LBCI: Hezbollah has nothing to do with legal or illegal border crossings
Head of the Parliament's Media and Communications Committee MP Hussein al-Hajj Hassan asserted on Friday that Hezbollah has nothing to do with legal or illegal border crossings in smuggling operations, urging the Lebanese state “to carry out its duties in full.”

The lawmaker’s comments were made during an interview with LBCI’s Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that ministers must reduce the waste of public funds “or else the country would be in an economic dilemma.”

“Reforms need a huge political decision,” he added.

On another note, the MP said that banks must contribute in the country’s “rescue procedures.”
