President Michel Aoun contacted Thursday Banque Du Liban Governor Raid Salameh to deal with the demands of the importers of pharmaceuticals.
Aoun showed interest in these demands, stressing the need for the importers to keep their work running and ensuring the medicine for all the people.
On another note, the president Aoun stressed that the Lebanese State is studying a series of measures aimed at activating the Lebanese national economy in all its sectors, indicating that the state budget draft 2020 will carry reforms that enhance internal and external confidence in the Lebanese economic situation.
On the Turkish offensive on Syria, President Aoun said that the military developments along the Syrian-Turkish borders represent a dangerous development, hoping that it will not have repercussions for the unity of Syria and the situation for refugees.
