Personal dispute kills citizen at beach resort
Ramzi al-Seblani died from three bullet wounds in his chest following a personal dispute between him and a member of the Assaf family at a beach resort in Khaldeh- Ouzai.       

The ISF rushed to the scene, launched an investigation in the incident and is chasing the shooter who fled to an unknown destination.
