Judge Saqr issues lawsuit against 7 persons arrested in Tripoli’s incidents

State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit against 7 arrested persons including a Palestinian national for involvement in the Bab el Tebbaneh – Jabal Mohsen clashes and for shooting LAF members. The suit also covers illegal possession of military arms.

Judge Saqr referred them to the military court, calling for the issuance of arrest warrants to unveil the identity of other involved persons.
