The media commissioner for the Progressive Socialist Party Rami Rayes stressed Wednesday that “the only choice we have is the state and the only alternative is chaos,” emphasizing the need to alleviate the tension and to rely on the security forces, until the investigations into the killing incident of Alaa Abou Fakher reach clear results.
In a statement to LBCI, Rayes said that “if the fall of a martyr does not make any change, we would be facing a major crisis,” adding that the President and his allies can no longer remain disconnected from the situation in the streets.
