Caretaker Prime Minister Saad Hariri stressed Tuesday that he supports Samir al-Khatib but some details remain to be addressed, emphasizing that he will not be part of the cabinet and will meet with caretaker Minister Ali Hassan Khalil and Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's political advisor Hussein al-al-Khalil tonight.
Hariri had met at Beit al-Wasat with Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt, accompanied by Minister Wael Abou Faour, in the presence of former Minister Ghattas Khoury.
Jumblatt left Beit al-Wasat after the meeting without making a statement.
