A fistfight including a verbal bout erupted on Sunday evening between the bodyguards of MP Elie Marouni and those of former minister Elias Skaff during the Zahle Flower Festival organized by Zahle’s municipality on the boulevard facing the Serail.
Security forces intervened immediately to contain the dispute as MPs Elie Marouni and Joseph Maalouf left the festival.
