Higher Defense Council convenes in Baabda

The Higher Defense Council held on Friday a meeting at the Baabda presidential Palace.

During the meeting, the council called for intensifying cooperation between the security apparatuses to ensure stability in the country.

The meeting was kicked off with a prompt speech about the latest developments since the last security meeting, stressing the importance of preserving stability and civil peace.

He also stressed importance of keeping the state’s prestige.
