Gemayel: We will stand beside the Lebanese people on Tuesday

Kataeb party leader MP Sami Gemayel said on Sunday that the authorities drove the country toward the economic collapse and the International isolation.
“The authorities are holed up behind walls, security forces and Lebanese army,” Gemayel stressed during a press conference.

“Next Tuesday we will be beside the Lebanese people and we cannot give the vote of confidence for a government that is only continuation of the previous one,” he added.

Gemyael also noted that shortening the mandate of the parliament has become “the primary requirement and we have submitted a draft law to shorten the mandate of the parliament."

He concluded by stressing that no one can break the will of the Lebanese people.
