Patriarch Rai, Mufti Qabbani discuss Monday’s spiritual summit

The Mufti of the Republic Muhammad Rashid Qabbani received on Sunday a phone call from Maronite Patriarch Bechara Boutros Rai from Dubai, on his way to Beirut returning from India. Rai and Qabbani discussed the Lebanese Spiritual Summit expected to be held on Monday in Bkerke.

They both agreed on the need for United Nations' adopting of resolutions in defense of monotheistic faiths in the face of critics bent on insulting prophets. Rahi and Qabbani duly wish to see any future insults of prophets punishable by international law.
