Wazni promises to pay Editors’ Syndicate its late dues

Finance Minister Ghazi Wazni received on Wednesday a delegation representing the Editors’ Syndicate headed by its chief Joseph Kosseify.

Talks reportedly touched on the syndicate’s concerns amid the prevailing situation in Lebanon.

The delegation requested of Wazni to pay the Syndicate’s late financial dues, a matter which Wazni promised to resolve as soon as possible.

The Finance Minister also highlighted the paramount importance of supporting this “independent national syndicate”.
