Catholic Information Center condemns Sidon’s incidents

The Catholic Information Center condemned on Monday the attacks which targeted St. Joseph Church in the town of Bkesta, Sidon, and four Christians in the town of Majdelyoun.

The Center issued a statement in which it said that these attacks that took place in Christian towns are completely unacceptable in a region which has long since turned over the page of war.

The statement noted that the Middle East’s current situation and its repercussions may affect Lebanon’s stability, adding that solidarity and cooperation are essential requirements to improve the relations between Christians and Muslims.
