Diab launches work by decree on community service project

Education Minister Hassan Diab launched on Thursday the work by the decree on the community service project, which aims at improving the integration of students into society through humanitarian activities.

Diab noted that the aims of the decree are promoting and disseminating the concept of community service, so that it will become a daily habit and a normal behavior which trains young people on assuming individual responsibility and reduces divisions within the Lebanese community.

As for the mechanisms of the decree’s implementation, they will tackle the environmental, health and social levels.
