Jeep overturns, catches on fire on Nahr Ibrahim highway, driver killed

Young man Michel el-Helo died from injuries sustained when the SUV he was driving overturned and caught on fire on the Nahr Ibrahim-Jbeil highway.

Civil Defense teams and the Red Cross rushed to the scene and the road was blocked for some time to pull the body of the young man from the vehicle.

The accident caused a nightmarish traffic jam.
