Wahhab: change in Lebanon is inevitable

Arab Tawhid Party leader Wiam Wahhab said that change in Lebanon is inevitable “because the people will hold the ruling politicians accountable for all the problems.”

Wahhab reiterated that the Syrian regime will not fall, noting that the situation is shifting towards settlement. “As regional powers, we will prevent the regime from falling by any means,” he said.

“Whoever thinks that he can topple the regime cannot read the facts,” Wahhab said.

“Syria’s Druze, as all the Syrian people, will not accept threats,” Wahhab pointed, adding that “we will keep on supporting them even if we had to sell our homes in order to arm them, while the Syrian army will protect them.”
