Patriarch Rai holds mass at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik

The Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rai visited on Tuesday the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) where he held Mass under the auspices of the Papal Ambassador to Lebanon Monsignor Gabriele Caccia and a number of Archbishops.

Earlier, Rai met with a delegation of the Future Movement General Secretariat chaired by Ahmad Hariri.

Discussions were related to local affairs as well as the assassination of Brigadier General Wissam al-Hassan.

The Patriarch also received Dr. May Chediac who came to felicitate Rahi on his new position as Cardinal. Local political affairs topped talks between the pair.
