Mufti Qabbani: To show solidarity with Palestinian people

Lebanon's Grand Mufti Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani condemned the Israeli onslaught against Gaza, describing it as “a criminal and cruel act.” Qabbani called on international organizations, the United Nations, the UN Security Council, the Arab League, the Organization of the Islamic Conference and Arab leaders to take immediate action to halt Israeli attacks and ensure the "victory of the Palestinian people in Gaza".

Qabbani stressed that the plight of Gazans is raising the sympathy of all Arabs and Muslims. “They must all show solidarity and support the Palestinian people in the face of the criminal Israeli offensive.”
