Siniora from Washington: For the formation of a neutral rescue gvt

Head of the Future bloc MP Fouad Siniora met Saturday with a delegation of March 14 supporters in Washington, whereby he highlighted the importance of a “neutral rescue government” to oversee the upcoming parliamentary elections.

"The departure of the current Cabinet is a national necessity," said the former prime minister, accusing Mikati's government of reviving tensions in the country.

He also considered that the current government is responsible for the deteriorating economy.

"The growth rate has reached zero,” he said.
