REPORT: Together for civil peace and rebuilding the State

“Together for civil peace and rebuilding the state on basis of citizenship” campaign organized on Sunday a gathering at the garden of al-Sanayeh.

The organizers called on everyone to confront strife and call for civil peace which can only be achieved through a real State, a state of citizenship and abolition of confessional system.

According to the campaign, the slogans that have been raised may save Lebanon from the internal fighting and the civil war which repercussions remain and affect the citizens’ lives.

On a clothesline in the garden, the organizers displayed photos showing destruction, chaos, murder, kidnap, strife and other atrocities.
